Due to popular demand....we are doing burgers.

These are no ordinary burgers though! We use Certified Angu s Beef, which is 1/4 pound after it is cooked. We use Ciabatta Bread for a bun.How do you say that??? Chubata....What is it??? It is olive oil infused dough....the bread is a 4x4 square chunk of YUM! You will find that the bun doesn't fall apart like they do on so many hamburgers.

We add a slice of American cheese.

Then take your pick of dressings. Then add pickle slabs, tomatoes, onions and lettuce.

If you prefer our Big J Burger....we use PepperJack cheese and use jalepenos instead of pickles. 

You will find yourself coming back over and over!
